Open role: Apprentice Plumber (Year 1–2)
About the role: You'll work alongside our licensed journeymen on historic retrofit projects across Charleston. You'll learn cast-iron diagnostics, water service line replacement, code compliance, and how to work with architects and preservation contractors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn (formal apprenticeship program support)
- Physical capability for plumbing work (climbing, lifting, working in tight spaces)
What we offer:
- $18–$24/hour to start, based on prior trade experience

- Path to journeyman license in 5 years
